Pale copper colored, with low viscosity (12.5% ABV).  The nose has medium intensity aromas of strawberry, white cherry, white peach, orange blossom, lanolin, and white grapefruit pith.  The palate is dry, with medium (+) acidity, and a light body.  Medium intensity flavors echo the nose and lead to a medium (-) length finish that has a touch of bitterness.  It’s a decent wine, but the color is simply stunning.  It gets 90 points from me and for the $45 price point, 3 stars.  Drink now with lighter summer fare.  A blend of 71% Mourvèdre, 23% Cinsault, and 6% Grenache Noir.  Salut….
